Yamaha HS7 is a 2‑way active nearfield studio monitor that sits between the compact HS5 and the more powerful HS8. It is designed to deliver a highly neutral, reference‑grade sound with more low‑end extension than the HS5, while still remaining well‑suited for small to medium‑sized control rooms and project studios.

The HS7 uses a 6.5" cone woofer and a 1" dome tweeter with a dedicated waveguide, powered by a bi‑amped 95 W amplifier (60 W LF, 35 W HF). Its frequency response extends roughly from 43 Hz to 30 kHz (‑10 dB), providing tight, controlled bass, accurate mids and clear, non‑fatiguing highs. On the rear panel you’ll find balanced XLR and 1/4" TRS inputs, Room Control and High Trim switches for tailoring the low and high‑frequency response to your room and monitor placement, plus a continuously variable level control.
