That's why you have 30 days to test the product, during which it can be returned for any reason.

It is important to maintain the original factory appearance of the goods, their consumer properties, and full equipment (including the original packaging, labels, manuals, software CDs, all inserts, and everything that was included in the delivery). 

If you decide to return the goods, please contact us at return@wiredtunes.pl. Afterward, we will get in touch with you to provide further instructions on the return procedure.

Please note that refunds are not available for:

• Cables and connectors

• Software

• Devices redeemed with a voucher and registered with a serial number

• Custom accessories (earbuds, earbuds)

• Needles and cartridges

• Care and hygiene products
