We offer a warranty of 36 months for all products. PMC and ADAM Audio products carry an extended warranty of 60 months, and PSI Audio products 5 years plus 1 additional year. Some other manufacturers also offer longer coverage of their own; where it applies, it is stated on the product page.

Please note that consumables, such as strings, tubes, and crossfaders, are excluded from warranty coverage, as well as products showing signs of misuse.

If a product is deemed irreparable, we will replace it with a new one. In the event that the exact model is not available, we will offer an analogous replacement within the same price range or provide a full refund. Please ensure proper use of the product, as it is essential for warranty coverage.
