We offer a warranty of 36 months for all products, with extended warranties of 60 months for PMC and ADAM Audio products.

Please note that consumables, such as strings, tubes, and crossfaders, are excluded from warranty coverage, as well as products showing signs of misuse.

If a product is deemed irreparable, we will replace it with a new one. In the event that the exact model is not available, we will offer an analogous replacement within the same price range or provide a full refund. Please ensure proper use of the product, as it is essential for warranty coverage.
