The ST-48 Automation is a technological masterpiece designed for major studios, combining a legendary analog signal path with the precision of digital control. Each of the 48 channels features a 100mm motorized fader (developed in collaboration with THD Labs), allowing for level and mute automation in absolute and relative modes, while also doubling as a DAW controller. The console is delivered as a complete "turnkey" system, including 48 RefPre preamps and 48 FREQ equalizers, providing a total of 96 top-tier 500 Series processors ready to go right out of the box.

Mixing capabilities are virtually unlimited – with three summable inputs on every channel, users have access to 144 signals simultaneously during mixdown. The unique ST architecture offers swappable "Tone Cards" on summing buses, allowing the entire console's sonic character to shift from modern to vintage. The Grand Master function enables summing 6 stereo buses to the main output, and extensive routing options (8 sends, Blend Inserts) make the ST-48 Automation the perfect solution for the most demanding music and film productions.
