Warm Audio TB12 Black – high-quality microphone preamp inspired by the classic API 312, offering versatile tone shaping. This black version delivers punchy, clear sound with saturation and harmonics options, ideal for vocalists, guitarists, and sound engineers. Built with premium components including CineMag transformers, it provides vintage warmth in a modern, compact design. Aluminum chassis (1.36 kg) makes it perfect for studio or stage.

TB12 Black uses discrete circuitry with switchable signal paths, CineMag input/output transformers, and op-amp options (Gar2520, JE-218, 918). It offers 71 dB gain with low noise (EIN -128 dBu), adjustable impedance (50–20 kOhm) for mic optimization, and instrument input with FET DI. Switches for PAD (-20 dB), High-Pass Filter (80 Hz), +48V phantom, and "tone" control add "air" or "sheen" to the top end. XLR and TRS outputs ensure pro gear compatibility.

As a tribute to legendary 312 preamps, TB12 Black blends clean gain with harmonic saturation, adding "mojo" to DI guitar, bass, or vocal recordings. Lightweight and portable (140 x 89 x 152 mm), with hand-soldered point-to-point construction for top quality. Available in sleek black finish for minimalist aesthetic.
