Waldorf Blofeld Desktop Shadow Edition – a compact virtual-analog synthesizer housed in a robust metal chassis, combining three VA oscillators with powerful wavetable synthesis, a versatile modulation matrix, onboard effects, and an advanced arpeggiator. A powerful tool for designing unique textures and dynamic soundscapes.

The Blofeld Shadow Edition delivers the iconic Waldorf character with modern flexibility. With 25-voice polyphony and over 1000 presets, it features 3 oscillators per voice including FM capabilities and access to the legendary Microwave II/XT wavetables. Two independent multimode filters per voice allow extensive sound shaping, while the modulation matrix gives you full creative control by routing various sources to any parameter. The stainless steel endless encoders and streamlined interface make deep editing intuitive and fast.

Its built-in arpeggiator spans 10 octaves and features a programmable pattern editor with step-level control over note accents, Glide, and gate length. Whether used standalone or integrated into a studio setup via USB/MIDI and DIN MIDI ports, the Blofeld Shadow Edition offers a professional-grade sound design experience in a portable format.
