Vermona MeloDICER is a Eurorack stochastic pattern generator that turns random values into melodies and rhythms while leaving you in control of how random they are. It works in real time or loops stored patterns, and it needs no music theory to get usable results.
Randomness you can keep
The MeloDICER stores 16 patterns in memory, and each slot keeps the random values together with the control settings, not just the resulting notes. You can return to a pattern later, move its start and end points to change the length, and let the internal clock run with zero-delay parameter updates.
Fits into a larger system
CV and gate inputs let other modules control its parameters, and the pitch output follows the 1 V/oct standard with a gate output. It can be combined with the Vermona MEX3 module for polyphonic use.
