Vermona DSR-3 is a dual spring reverb in a 2U rack, built for stereophonic spring reverberation in the studio. It uses two manually matched and selected AccuBell type 9 spring tanks, and it can run in stereo, dual mono or serial mode.

Three modes, three uses

Stereo gives a true two-spring stereo image for keys, guitars and drums. Dual mono treats two sources independently, for example a guitar and a vocal on separate springs. Serial mode feeds one spring into the other for a denser, longer effect. The reverberation time is between 1.75 and 3 seconds.

Two-band EQ per channel

Bass (50 Hz, ±13 dB) and treble (7 kHz, ±22 dB) controls shape the reverb, and custom output transformers keep the signal clean. Inputs are available on front and rear jacks and on XLR, and the signal-to-noise ratio is at least 94 dB on the direct XLR path.
