Universal Audio Sphere DLX is a premium dual-diaphragm modeling condenser microphone that delivers the sound of 38 legendary studio microphones in one system. Combining advanced hardware design with the powerful Sphere DSP software, it allows you to capture the tonal, dynamic, and spatial characteristics of classic microphones such as the Neumann U47, U67, U87, AKG C12, and Telefunken ELAM 251, among many others.

The Sphere DLX features a dual-capsule architecture with independent outputs, enabling precise stereo recording and the unique Dual Mode function — allowing you to blend two mic models simultaneously. With the ability to adjust microphone type, polar pattern, proximity effect, and room reflections both before and after recording, the Sphere DLX provides ultimate creative flexibility and authenticity in sound design.

Compatible with all major DAWs via VST3, AU, and AAX plug-in formats, the Sphere DSP software integrates seamlessly into modern studio workflows. The microphone captures frequencies from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, maintains an ultra-low noise floor of only 7 dB(A), and handles sound pressure levels up to 140 dB SPL — making it ideal for both delicate vocals and powerful instruments. The rugged all-metal body ensures long-lasting performance, even in demanding recording environments.

The complete package includes a professional suspension shock mount, a rigid microphone clip, a dedicated 5-pin XLR cable, and a durable hard case — giving you everything needed for professional recording right out of the box.
