Two Notes
Two Notes ReVolt Guitar Preamp
The Two Notes ReVolt Guitar is a three-channel guitar preamp that is ideal for building a portable, pedalboard-based rig for sessions and gigs. For particularly natural sounds between glassy cleans and juicy high-gain distortion, the ReVolt Guitar uses an analog circuit with an ECC83 tube. In addition to the extensive adjustment options for the guitar tone, the ReVolt Guitar by Two Notes also features a range of connections for integration into live and studio setups.
Analog tube circuit with three channels
The heart of the ReVolt Guitar Preamp's analog circuit is the high-voltage ECC83 tube, which gives clean and overdriven sounds an unmistakable warmth and rich overtones. The ''American Clean'' channel of the guitar pedal more than lives up to its name and impresses with a glassy sound for sparkling melodies and delicately resolved chords. In the ''British Crunch'' channel, the pedal delivers an assertive Drive with a well-unmasked bite in the mids and highs, while the ''Modern Lead'' sets no limits on distortion and creates the ideal foundation for endless solos and tight metal riffs. In addition to a dedicated 2-band EQ for the clean channel, the ReVolt guitar preamp has a shared 3-band tone control for regulating the two overdrive channels.
The Two Notes ReVolt Guitar Preamp convinces with an enormous variety of sounds thanks to its analog, three-channel tube circuit.Boost and speaker simulation
To give the guitar sound the finishing touch, Two Notes also equips the ReVolt Guitar with an OD boost, which can be assigned to each channel and provides increased gain and volume reserves there. The analog simulation of a 4x12 guitar speaker cabinet with British design also promises a natural sound character when removed.
Versatile connections
Finally, Two Notes complements the ReVolt Guitar Preamp with extensive connections that allow for seamless integration into live and recording environments. In addition to the classic function of incorporating external effects into the signal path, the serial effects loop offers a special mode for the four-wire method, as well as a Preamp for sonic expansion of an existing guitar amplifier for use. While the balanced XLR output routes the signal to mixers or audio interfaces, the aux-in and headphone jacks allow for backing tracks and silent playing of electric guitar. TRS MIDI jacks also allow the ReVolt Guitar to be integrated into complex configurations.
