Stager Microphone Mini Stereo is a compact stereo ribbon microphone, built for portability and precision without giving up the depth of a classic ribbon. Two hand-wound toroidal transformers and precision laser-cut ribbons on neodymium magnets fit inside a housing far smaller than a typical ribbon stereo pair.

The design delivers a remarkably flat response at roughly one foot, which makes the Mini Stereo a natural fit for close-miking where phase coherence between channels matters most. Sensitivity and output rival much larger stereo assemblies despite the miniature housing.
