The core of the cable is built using high-grade Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC), which ensures a crystal-clear signal transmission with absolutely no loss of quality. It consists of two multi-stranded copper conductors (2 x 0.18 mm²), enveloped in a dense copper shield. This shield, offering an 80% to 90% coverage rate, effectively eliminates electromagnetic interference (EMI) and external noise. Furthermore, the connectors are precision-soldered using lead-free tin infused with silver and are gold-plated, which not only enhances electrical conductivity but also provides excellent resistance against corrosion.

The outer jacket of the cable is crafted from a specialized, self-extinguishing PVC compound (compliant with the strict EN 60332-1 safety standard), resulting in an outer diameter of just 3 mm. This construction guarantees extreme flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage while preventing frustrating cable tangles. The connector housing is equipped with a dedicated strain relief mechanism to prevent accidental pull-outs, and heat-shrink tubing reinforces the most vulnerable stress points.
