sE Electronics sE4100 is a professional large-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone, serving as the streamlined version of the celebrated sE4400. Featuring the very same handcrafted 1-inch twin gold-sputtered brass capsule, this microphone delivers the warm, smooth, and vintage-inspired sound the series is known for. By focusing on a fixed cardioid polar pattern, the sE4100 offers a more affordable entry point without sacrificing acoustic performance or build quality.

The microphone boasts an impressively low self-noise level of just 9 dBA and an enhanced dynamic range, making it a studio workhorse for lead vocals, orchestral strings, grand pianos, and guitar cabinets. With its two-stage low-cut filters (80 Hz and 160 Hz) and attenuation pads (-10 dB and -20 dB), the sE4100 effortlessly handles extremely loud sources, reaching a maximum SPL of up to 157 dB.
