Large diaphragm condenser microphone with gold-plated and flexibly mounted 1" cardioid capsule. Sensationally low self noise (6 dBA). Microphone holder and bag included. 10-year warranty

The Rode NT1000 was originally designed as a typical vocal and instrument microphone. Nevertheless, the NT1000 quickly found a following who preferred to use it to record a piano concert or for overhead percussion. The microphone's transformerless output circuit, combined with the high quality of the built-in components, ensures a sensationally low self-noise level of 6 dBA. The 1" microphone capsule (HF-2) developed and manufactured by RØDE is flexibly mounted to prevent the transmission of unwanted structure-borne noise wherever possible. The Rode NT1000 impresses with its absolute clarity of sound, wide dynamic range and high build quality. The microphone's satin nickel-plated metal housing not only looks good, but also perfectly protects the internal components. The basket is made of heat-treated sheet steel.
