RØDE Boompole – a precision-balanced professional boompole designed for location recording and broadcast applications. Machined from high-grade, lightweight aluminium with a durable black anodized finish, the Boompole delivers exceptional stability and control for professional sound capture. Featuring an ultra-smooth extension and retraction system with five adjustable sections, it extends from 0.84m (33") to a full reach of 3.3m (10'10"), providing optimal flexibility for various recording scenarios. The easy-to-use twist-lock locking mechanism ensures secure positioning at any length, while the precision-balanced design minimizes operator fatigue during extended boom operation.

Engineered with a universal 3/8"-16 industry-standard threaded connector at the tip, the Boompole is compatible with all professional shockmounts including RØDE SM3, SM4, SM5, and SM6, as well as RMS stand mounts and various windshield systems like the RØDE Blimp. The intelligent design allows for internal cable routing, keeping XLR cables neatly managed inside the pole to eliminate handling noise and prevent cable tangling during operation. The swivel mount capability enables smooth directional adjustments, allowing boom operators to easily follow moving sound sources with precision. A comfortable foam grip section provides secure handling even during lengthy recording sessions.
