Peluso MT89 is a shock mount fitted for slim Neumann M89-style microphones — a design with a more elongated geometry than typical large-diaphragm tube microphones.

A Narrow Body Needs a Different Mount

The slim, pencil-style body of the M89 doesn't fit standard basket mounts designed for wider U47 or U67-style bodies — the MT89 solves this with a dedicated shape, holding the mic securely without pressure on the thinner body.
