Nektar NX-P

Nektar NX-P is a universal expression pedal for studio and stage. Unlike a footswitch, which knows only two states, an expression pedal sends a continuous value — from zero to maximum and everything between.

Continuous control where a switch is not enough

Organ volume through a phrase, wah on a guitar, crossfading pad layers or a reverb send level — none of that can be handled with a switch. An expression pedal gives continuous parameter change by foot, so both hands stay on the keyboard. It is the thing whose absence you notice at the gig.

It stays on the floor instead of running away

A rubber underside keeps the pedal in place while you play — without it every firmer press pushes it forward and three minutes later you are hunting for it with your foot. Polarity switching keeps it behaving correctly with almost any keyboard and electronic device.
