The Native Instruments Maschine Plus is a powerful, fully standalone production system and drum machine built for beatmaking, sound design, and live performance. Combining the legendary Maschine workflow with robust internal processing power, this device allows you to arrange tracks, synthesize sounds, and sample audio entirely without a computer, while still doubling as a top-tier controller for your DAW when needed.

A Computer Inside a Groovebox

The core of Maschine+ is driven by a fast quad-core processor and 4 GB of RAM, accompanied by 32 GB of internal eMMC flash storage dedicated to the OS and factory content. This hardware specification ensures seamless performance when running high track counts, demanding plug-in synthesizers, and complex effect chains without performance drops. The machine features integrated Wi-Fi, allowing you to install the included MASCHINE+ Selection instruments, update the firmware, and sync tempos wirelessly with other devices via Ableton Link. For your own samples, audio recordings, and projects, it utilizes an included 64 GB SD card, which can easily be expanded up to 1 TB.

Pro Audio Interface and Deep Sampling

The unit features a studio-grade integrated audio interface operating at 44.1 kHz / 24-bit in standalone mode (and up to 96 kHz when tethered to a computer). The road-ready, anodized aluminum chassis houses two 1/4" TRS line inputs, a dynamic mic input, and full 5-pin MIDI I/O, making Maschine+ an ideal centerpiece for sequencing outboard hardware. The creative process centers around 16 ultra-responsive velocity-sensitive pads, two high-resolution color displays, and touch-sensitive encoders. It retains everything that defines the classic beatmaker workflow: Note Repeat, a deep step sequencer, intuitive sample chopping, and vintage sampler emulations.
