Moog Theremini is a modern reinterpretation of the classic theremin, combining intuitive gesture control with digital synthesis, 32 wavetable-based sounds, a built-in tuner, and a pitch correction system that quantizes to predefined or user-selected scales with variable intensity.

Designed as a desktop performance instrument, Theremini allows expressive, contactless control of pitch via a removable pitch antenna. The integrated pitch correction engine helps guide notes to the correct pitch, ideal for beginners and precise performance. The onboard LCD display provides real-time visual feedback, allowing players to memorize note positions and hand gestures more easily.

The instrument offers 32 presets, each of which can be assigned its own scale and root note. The pitch quantization level is adjustable — at the highest level, only valid scale tones are possible, while lower settings allow natural detuning and vibrato for expressive control. At its lowest setting, Theremini behaves like a traditional analog theremin with unassisted pitch control and full glissando capabilities.

Theremini also includes a stereo ping-pong delay effect, a built-in speaker for standalone use, and a headphone jack. Two mono line outputs and a USB MIDI port make it suitable for studio integration. The CV output allows pitch control of external synths or modular gear. The unit also features a tripod mount, rubber feet for stability, and Kensington lock compatibility for security in public settings.
