Modor Music NF-1 – 8-voice digital polyphonic synthesizer in desktop/rack format.

The Modor NF-1 is a Belgian-made digital synthesizer that proudly embraces its digital nature, reminiscent of the classic sounds of the 90s (like the Roland Alpha Juno and iconic "Hoover" sounds). Its architecture is built around three identical oscillators per voice (each with 10 waveforms, including FM, noise, and additive), which feed into a unique filter section: a classic 12 dB Multimode filter and a parallel Formant filter with vowel morphing.

The NF-1 is a powerhouse for sound design. It offers deep modulation via the "Wires" matrix, 4 loopable envelopes, 3 LFOs, and an effects section featuring a comb filter (Chorus/Flanger) and delay. The ergonomic front panel with 44 knobs provides instant access to parameters, and the design allows for use as a desktop module (with wooden side panels) or rack-mounted unit (ears included).
