Mackie ProFX10v3 is a 10-channel analog studio and recording mixer with a built-in 2x4 USB audio interface, four Onyx mic preamps, and the GigFX effects engine – the standard version of the ProFX10v3+, without Bluetooth, multi-mode recording, or on-screen preset editing, aimed at musicians and content creators who want clean analog signal path, stereo USB recording, and onboard effects at a straightforward price point.
Four Onyx mic preamps deliver up to 60 dB of gain with an EIN of –126 dBu. Channels 1–2 carry XLR/TRS combo inputs with Hi-Z switches for direct instrument connection and single-knob compression. Channels 3–4 accept XLR or 1/4" mic/line signals. All four mic channels include TRS insert points and a 100 Hz low-cut filter (18 dB/oct.). Channels 5/6 and 7/8 are stereo line pairs via 1/4" L/R jacks, and channel 9/10 uses a 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack, switchable to the USB 3/4 DAW return. A 3-band EQ (±15 dB at 80 Hz, 2.5 kHz, and 12 kHz) and a mute button are present on every channel.
Live routing and latency-free monitoring
One aux send per channel (post-fader/FX bus) routes signal to a stage monitor or external processor – sufficient for a single monitor wedge mix or a hardware reverb unit running parallel to the internal GigFX. A dedicated Control Room output on TRS jacks lets the engineer monitor the main mix on a separate signal path without affecting the Main Out level – useful when using powered monitors at the desk alongside a PA system. A separate FX Send TRS output feeds an external effects processor, with the return routed back through a line input. The USB-B 2x4 interface delivers the stereo main mix to the computer at up to 24-bit/192 kHz, while two stereo DAW returns bring backing tracks or playback back into the mixer, monitored via headphone output with an adjustable DAW/analog blend control.
GigFX engine and full software bundle
The GigFX processor provides 24 fixed effect presets – reverbs, delays, choruses, distortion, auto-wah – selected by a single encoder knob and mutable instantly via a front-panel button or optional footswitch. Each channel carries an independent FX send level control, allowing different reverb or delay depth per microphone or instrument without touching the main mix. Included software: Waveform OEM (unlimited track count, no feature restrictions), Pro Tools First, and the 23-plugin Mackie Musician Collection.
