The keyboard features 32 natural-feeling, low-profile mini-keys that are velocity-sensitive, allowing you to maintain full dynamics and expression when playing melodies or programming drum parts. Users can choose from selectable velocity curves to perfectly tailor the instrument's sensitivity to their individual playing style. Instead of traditional wheels, the front panel is equipped with convenient, dedicated Pitch Bend and Modulation buttons, alongside fully assignable Octave Up/Down buttons that vastly expand the range of playable notes.

The controller is entirely bus-powered via your computer’s USB port and operates on a Plug-and-Play (Class Compliant) basis, meaning it requires no additional driver installation. Furthermore, the Keystation Mini 32 MK3 supports iOS connectivity (Apple Lightning to USB Camera Adapter required), allowing you to perform and compose using audio apps on your iPad. The top panel also includes a smooth volume knob and a dedicated Sustain button, which accurately simulates the function of a traditional piano sustain pedal.
