KRK V6 S4 is a 6.5-inch active studio monitor that steps up from the V4 in low-end reach and headroom. A woven Kevlar woofer on a cast aluminum frame and a 1-inch Kevlar dome tweeter are driven by a bi-amped Class-D stage: 125 W for the low end and 30 W for the highs.

Bass you can judge in a home studio

The V6 S4 reaches down to 49 Hz (±3 dB), so kick and bass decisions are less of a guess than on a 4-inch monitor. The 49 DSP-driven EQ presets cover acoustic and desk-loading correction plus mid and high-frequency adjustments, which helps when the room is not treated.

Level matching and switches on the back

An input level attenuation switch, input sensitivity selector, ground lift and standby mode let you match the monitor to your interface and switch off the logo LED. The balanced XLR / 1/4" combo input takes any professional output.
