KRK V4 S4 is a compact 4-inch active nearfield monitor for small rooms, desk setups and mobile studios. A Kevlar woofer on a cast aluminum frame and a 1-inch Kevlar dome tweeter are driven by a bi-amped Class-D stage: 55 W for the low end and 30 W for the highs.

Room correction without extra gear

Small rooms and desk boundaries cause bass build-up and uneven response. The V4 S4 carries 49 DSP-driven EQ presets covering acoustic and desk-loading correction plus mid and high-frequency adjustments, so you can tame the worst of the room from the back of the cabinet with the supplied KRK adjustment key.

Fits any interface

A balanced XLR / 1/4" combo input accepts any audio interface or mixer output, and the front-ported MDF and aluminum enclosure keeps the footprint small enough for a desk. Peak output reaches 110 dB SPL, which is plenty of headroom for nearfield work.
