It is equipped with the advanced EDS-XP engine and a massive library of over 2600 sounds (including 240 oriental and 70 drum kits) and 844 styles (264 oriental). This version stands out with a special on-screen virtual keypad for scale control (quarter tones) and the ability to instantly retune the instrument in real-time, which is crucial for oriental music performance.

Operation is streamlined by an 8-inch tiltable TouchView touchscreen and an innovative interface with color-coded LEDs. The instrument offers two independent XDS players with a crossfader, allowing for seamless mixing of styles and MP3/MIDI files.
