The Korg Pa1000 blurs the lines between an arranger and a workstation, offering unparalleled expression and sound quality. At its core is the EDS-X (Enhanced Definition Synthesis-eXpanded) sound engine, delivering rich, realistic tones, including multi-layered pianos with resonance and authentic organs with digital drawbars. With DNC (Defined Nuance Control) technology, three assignable switches, and a joystick, you have total control over instrument articulation—from saxophone growls to subtle string nuances. The latest OS update (v1.5.1) expands user sample memory to an impressive 960 MB, providing massive space for your custom sounds.

The instrument features a powerful 2x33W sound system, a tiltable 7-inch TouchView display, and the revolutionary KAOSS FX function, allowing for creative real-time manipulation of styles and sounds. Also onboard is a TC-Helicon vocal processor, a dual MP3/MIDI player with Vocal Remover, and a built-in MIDI-to-Style converter. It is a complete tool for composers and stage performers alike.
