The Kaoss Pad V features a dual‑touch XY pad that lets you control two parameters at once, enabling fluid, expressive sound morphing and live performance gestures. Inside, you get a large library of effects programs (filters, delays, reverbs, modulation, distortion, glitch, stutter and advanced vocal FX), plus an integrated sampler/looper that can capture loops up to around 8 bars with real‑time overdubbing, BPM‑synced hold functions and multiple playback/slice modes. With its built‑in USB audio interface, the unit integrates easily with DAWs and streaming setups, while MIC, LINE and Hi‑Z inputs allow you to process vocals, instruments and external devices directly through the Kaoss engine.
