Intech Studio USB-CA-1 is a 1-meter USB-C (male) to USB-A (male) cable made by Intech Studio specifically for use with their Grid modular controller ecosystem. The black flexible jacket and robust connectors provide a reliable simultaneous power and data connection for daily studio and live use.

One Cable for the Entire Grid Chain

Intech Studio Grid modules support daisy-chaining – up to eight modules can run off a single USB-C connection. The USB-CA-1 handles power delivery and data transfer in one run, removing the need for powered hubs or individual cables per module. The 1-meter length suits most desk setups where the host computer sits directly beside the controller or rack.

USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 Compatible

The cable works with both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 host ports, covering older workstations, USB hubs integrated into audio interfaces, and current machines alike. For MIDI data throughput and controller bus power, USB 2.0 bandwidth is more than adequate – there is no bottleneck in normal operation.
