Gallien-Krueger Legacy 800 – a bass amplifier head with a one-channel design, 800 W power, featuring Clean, Overdrive, Crunch, and Lead modes, a 4-band active equalizer, a balanced DI output, an effects loop, inputs 1 x 1/4" and 1 x 1/8" (aux), outputs 2 x SpeakON (balanced), 1 x XLR (Direct Out), 1 x 1/4" (Tuner), a dedicated headphone output 1 x 1/8", and a footswitch 1 x 1/4" (overdrive, tone control) included.
Legacy 800 from Gallien-Krueger is a bass amplifier designed for bass players performing in bass cabinets in both studio and live settings. The amplifier combines a compact design with high power, offering extensive tonal adjustment possibilities for the bass thanks to an independent overdrive with tone control implemented via a footswitch, as well as a 4-band active equalizer with voicing filters “Bump”, “Contour”, and “Presence”. Reliability and clarity of sound are ensured by an innovative interconnection system with gold-plated connectors that are resistant to temperature fluctuations and vibrations, along with integrated solutions for connecting DI, an effects loop, and other external devices.
