Erica Synths Black LPG is a Eurorack module combining a VCF and VCA with manual and voltage control over cutoff, offset, and mode selection, built-in decay envelope generator, envelope CV output, resonance overdrive, operating at ±5V CV range, 10Vptp audio output, consuming 44mA at +12V and 45mA at -12V, with a 10HP width, skiff-friendly 35mm depth, and a black aluminum panel.

This model from Erica Synths is a modern reinterpretation of the classic Lowpass Gate concept, combining a 2nd order lowpass VCF and a VCA with enhanced resonance circuitry and flexible modulation capabilities. This module provides refined sound shaping tools for modular systems, allowing seamless transitions between filtering, amplification, or a hybrid of both.

Erica Synths Black LPG utilizes three vactrols to achieve a natural, smooth signal behavior, emulating the dynamic response of acoustic instruments. It offers manual and CV control over cutoff frequency, VCA offset, and operational mode (VCF/VCF+VCA/VCA), enabling wide creative possibilities. The built-in decay envelope generator features manual and voltage-controlled decay time settings, expanding its dynamic shaping capabilities.
