Black Lion Audio Revolution EXP is a premium 8-channel AD/DA converter with ADAT interface, designed to expand your studio's I/O capabilities while maintaining uncompromising audio quality. It features 16 analog TRS connections (8 inputs and 8 outputs) and dual ADAT ports supporting the S/MUX protocol, allowing for 8 channels of transmission even at 96 kHz (or 4 channels at 192 kHz). At the heart of the Revolution EXP lies the proprietary Macro-MMC (Master Music Clock) technology, which, thanks to ultra-low jitter, ensures crystalline high-end clarity and precise stereo imaging, capable of serving as the Master Clock for your entire studio.

The design is built around boutique components from renowned manufacturers like Nichicon, Vishay, and Wima, ensuring maximum signal integrity and minimal noise floor. Each analog input features a -10 dB Pad to handle hotter signals, while bright, 8-stage LED meters allow for precise level monitoring. Its rugged metal chassis makes it the perfect solution for expanding setups with external hardware processors (compressors, EQs), recording multi-channel drums, or mixing in Dolby Atmos systems.
