Black Lion PBR TRS³ is a 48-point TRS patchbay in a single rack space, with 96 gold-plated 1/4" jacks and rear-mounted mode switches that change routing without rewiring anything.

One switch, three ways to route

A rear 3-position switch on every point sets Normal, Half-normal or Thru mode. Half-normal taps or splits a signal without pulling it off its default path, Thru connects the front jacks straight through regardless of the rear wiring, and Normal restores the factory connection between a rack input and the front output — all without a soldering iron, just a flip of the switch.

Gold on every contact, not just the front

All 96 TRS jacks carry gold-plated contacts — a real difference from patchbays where gold only shows up on the visible points while the signal still runs through nickel-plated traces inside. A reinforced steel chassis and black-anodized aluminum faceplate keep the patchbay in line with the rest of a Black Lion rack, physically and visually.
