DT 1990 PRO is a reference open monitoring design for mixing and mastering. The high-efficiency Tesla transducer system delivers wideband extension and low distortion, while the open architecture preserves spatial imaging. Two velour earpad sets enable either neutral or slightly bass-emphasized tuning without EQ.
A lockable, single-sided mini-XLR interface supports quick cable changes, and the spring-steel headband with replaceable pads is built for long-term serviceability.
