On the input side, Audient Nero offers various connection options, including two stereo line inputs (6.3 mm jack), an auxiliary input (3.5 mm stereo jack / stereo RCA) for quick connection of, for example, smartphones or MP3 players, and a dedicated signal mixing input. In addition, an optical and co-axial S/PDIF input is available.

As the centre of stress-free mixing sessions, the Audient Nero controller provides stereo outputs for up to three pairs of speakers , as well as an independent, switchable subwoofer output .
