Audeze LCD-2 Classic is a full-size open-back headphone with a lightweight suspension headband, rings made of special materials (durable nylon with crystalline filling), and connectors in a new shape. The planar-magnetic transducers in these headphones provide optimal sound dynamics and the widest range of reproduced frequencies, ranging from 10 Hz to 50,000 Hz. The diameter of each transducer is 106 mm, and the diaphragm is covered with an exceptionally thin film.

For maximum comfort during extended music listening, the ear cushions and headband of the headphones with a steel spring are also supplemented with genuine leather. The package includes a carrying case for storage and transportation of the device.
