Antelope Audio Edge Solo is a single-capsule large-diaphragm condenser modeling microphone that captures the essence of legendary studio mics with stunning precision. Designed for use with Antelope Audio’s mic modeling technology, it allows engineers, producers, and creators to access authentic vintage tones from iconic microphones such as the U47, C12, 251, and more — all in a compact and reliable design.

The Edge Solo features a hand-crafted gold-sputtered diaphragm tuned for a natural frequency response and excellent transient detail. When paired with Antelope’s FPGA-powered interfaces or the Edge modeling plug-in, it delivers real-time mic emulations and zero-latency monitoring, faithfully recreating the harmonic richness, proximity effect, and tonal character of classic microphones. Its cardioid polar pattern ensures focused capture with smooth off-axis rejection, making it ideal for vocals, acoustic instruments, and broadcast applications.
