Antelope Audio Edge Duo is a high-end dual-membrane large-diaphragm modeling microphone designed to deliver the sound and character of the world’s most legendary studio microphones. Built with two precisely matched gold-sputtered diaphragms and Antelope’s real-time modeling engine, it provides incredible tonal flexibility, allowing users to emulate over a dozen classic microphones with uncompromising accuracy and detail.

The dual-membrane design allows Edge Duo to capture both sides of the capsule independently, enabling a wide range of polar patterns and dynamic mic modeling options. When used with Antelope Audio interfaces or the Edge modeling plug-in, it can recreate the sonic signature of vintage microphones such as the U47, C12, 251, 67, and 87 with astonishing realism. The system supports real-time processing through Antelope’s FPGA-based FX engine, providing zero-latency monitoring with authentic coloration and depth.

Edge Duo is constructed with a precision-machined metal body, ultra-low-noise electronics, and a carefully tuned acoustic chamber for phase accuracy and consistent frequency response.
