Pack of 10 teflon washers for use with the .strandberg* tuners, which will drastically improve the smoothness of tuner operation on older tuners. This was introduced in production, and comes preinstalled on guitars manufactured early 2018 and onwards.

If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new one, or in the absence of an available model, we will replace it with an analogous one in the same price range or refund the entire amount that has been paid. The most important thing is that the product is used properly.
