Vermona Kick Lancet is an analog kick drum generator in the Lancet desktop series. It is a complete sound engine for bass drums with 16 controls, so you shape the tone and decay of a kick directly with knobs instead of picking a sample.
A wide range of percussive sounds
The control ranges are wide, so the Kick Lancet covers more than one type of kick: short and tight kicks for techno and electro, longer and deeper ones for bass-heavy styles, and other low percussive sounds. Because the sound is generated by an analog circuit, you can change it during a performance and record the movement into your DAW.
Trigger it from MIDI or analog gear
You can play the Kick Lancet over MIDI or use three analog inputs, one for audio triggering, one for gate triggering and one for switch triggering. That lets a drum machine, a modular system or a simple footswitch drive the kick.
