Teenage Engineering Field bag (OP-Z) medium white is a bag cut to fit the OP-Z, with a separate secured front pocket for cables and adapters. A strap loop on the back lets it be worn on the waist, cross-body or over the shoulder.
A sequencer that stops rattling around the backpack
The OP-Z is small enough that it ends up wedged between a laptop and a water bottle, and comes home with a scuffed shell or a bent encoder. This bag holds it at a size matched to the unit, so the instrument does not slide around inside or collect knocks from whatever else is in the bag. The front pocket closes on its own, which keeps the USB cable and minijacks from drifting through the main compartment and wrapping themselves around the encoders.
Fabric specified for rain and club floors
The shell is tear and abrasion-resistant nylon 66, treated with a fire retardant and backed with PU for a 3000 mm water repellency rating. That covers the walk from the metro to the venue in the rain and setting the bag down on a wet pavement. The lining is water-repellent Japanese nylon, so moisture does not settle on the device from the inside either. The hardware is custom-designed in 7075-T6 aluminium alloy, the material you specify where a plastic buckle cracks after one season.
