The body is solid meranti — a tonewood close in character to mahogany — bringing the instrument in at roughly 2.15kg, noticeably lighter than a conventional solidbody electric. A one-piece roasted maple neck in the EndurNeck profile keeps the wrist in a more natural position across the full length of the fretboard, which matters over long tracking sessions or gigs. The rosewood fretboard runs a 20-inch radius with 24 DHP stainless steel frets.

Tuning stability without a headstock

The headless build with EGS Arc hardware shortens the string's travel path and sidesteps the tuning issues typical of a conventional headstock — less tension loss on the truss rod, faster string changes, and a more stable tune under aggressive playing or bends. A straight 25.5-inch scale (no fanned frets, unlike the higher-tier Boden models) makes the transition from a conventional guitar straightforward, with no adjustment needed in fretting-hand habits.

Tonal range from a single switch

A pair of OEM Strandberg humbuckers in an H-H layout, paired with a 5-way switch, gives access to both full humbucker output and split-coil tones — from clear, percussive cleans to tight, high-gain distortion — without reaching for extra push-pull switches.
