Millennia NSEQ-2 is a two-channel parametric equalizer with two complete circuits in one chassis: a Class A vacuum tube path and a Class A discrete solid-state path. Neither uses transformers, and both keep the number of active stages to a minimum. You choose the path with a button.
Four bands you can use on a master
Each channel has four bands. The low and high bands switch between peak and shelf, and the two mid bands sweep with a 10X range switch: low-mid from 20 Hz to 2.2 kHz or 200 Hz to 2.2 kHz, high-mid from 250 Hz to 2.5 kHz or 2.5 kHz to 25 kHz. Boost and cut reach ±20 dB in 21 detented steps, so settings can be recalled and matched between channels.
Mastering tool, not only a tracking tool
Frequency response from below 2 Hz to beyond 300 kHz and a maximum output above +28 dBu mean the EQ does not add a limit of its own to the chain.
