Maselec MTC-1X is a professional Mastering Transfer Console with Input, Insert, Output, Monitor sections, XLR input/output connectors, 43 push-button controls with LED lights, and 12 high-quality rotary switches.

MTC-1X from the Maselec brand is a professional mastering console. The device can be used in various types of studios, from home to professional, providing extensive functionality and sound quality necessary for mixing. The front control surface features 42 push-button controls with LED lights and 12 high-quality rotary switches. Gold XLRs are used for all audio connections, allowing for the use of the highest quality cables.

The device features four convenient sections. The Input section allows for source selection, has independent control for left and right gain, a 5dB additional gain for low-level sources, and low-cut and high-cut filters. The Output section includes an elliptical filter with 20 frequencies, stereo system control, and output level adjustment. The Insert section has six insertion points and offers additional powerful functions, including M-S with gain control for the ‘difference’ signal. The monitoring section includes input and output monitoring.

Audio Connections

• All audio connections are via 3-pin Gold Plated Neutrik metal house XLR connectors.
• All input-output circuits are fully balanced.
• Pin 2 or Pin 3 can be grounded to convert to unbalanced.
• Either Pin 2 or Pin 3 can be used as hot (there is no difference in performance).
