IK Multimedia ARC Studio+

IK Multimedia ARC Studio+ is a hardware room correction processor that sits between your source and your monitors and works independently of the DAW. It brings computer-free calibration, automatic subwoofer integration, and digital inputs to the ARC platform, and it ships with the ARC measurement microphone and the ARC X software.

Calibrate the room without a computer

Plug in the ARC microphone and run a one-point or three-point measurement straight from the front panel, with no computer, DAW or audio interface involved. When you want a closer look, ARC X adds seven-point and 21-point measurements of the listening area, target curve editing and profile management. The profiles live inside the processor, so the correction keeps working after the software is closed.

Subwoofer, scenes and digital sources

The dedicated subwoofer output is detected automatically during calibration, and the processor aligns gain, crossover, phase and delay between the sub and the main monitors. Three front-panel Scene buttons recall a calibration profile together with speaker routing, subwoofer on/off and input selection, so a mix position, a couch position and a translation check are one press apart.
