Heritage Audio HA73EQ Elite
Heritage Audio HA73EQ Elite is a single-channel Class-A microphone preamplifier and 3-band equalizer with 80 dB of Gain, 20 dB pad, switchable high-pass filter, DI Input, with analog inputs 1 x 1/4" (Hi-Z), 1 x XLR (mic), 1 x XLR (Line), analog XLR output and Polarity Switch.
HA 73EQ - is an Elite series microphone preamplifier with mono equalizer, designed to deliver the sound of classic Neve 1073 preamps and equalizers. It's built in a 1U rack format and is intended for sound engineers, musicians and vocalists for stage work, as well as in home, project, and commercial studios. It provides 80 dB of gain through a 3-stage discrete Class-A preamp that utilizes stepped gain at the input and a -20 dB pad. Hand-wound Carnhill transformers add color and character to the output signal.
You can connect a microphone through the XLR connector, bass guitar, electric guitar, keyboard through the Hi-Z line input, which is based on a JFET DI through the 1/4" jack on the front panel. Shape and smooth your tone with the discrete 3-band equalizer, which includes semi-parametric low and mid bands and a 12 kHz high-frequency shelf. Steps were taken to include inductors with period correction and frequency options. Phantom power and input impedance can be selected, the output level is smoothly adjustable, and a four-selectable frequency high-pass filter allows you to remove unwanted low frequencies.
HA 73EQ comes with an external universal power supply for hassle-free use anywhere in the world.
