BeesNeez BC12a FET is a tribute to the AKG C12A in a compact, solid-state form: a CK12 capsule with an aluminium diaphragm, fixed cardioid pattern, and standard phantom power instead of a dedicated tube power supply.

The same brass CK12 capsule that BeesNeez builds as the world's largest manufacturer of the type sits here in a FET circuit running on standard 48V phantom power. The result: the airy top end and natural response the C12A is known for, in a smaller body with no dedicated power supply required.
