Microphones – Condenser, Dynamic and Ribbon for Every Source

The right microphone is matched to the source, not just the budget — a mic that flatters a vocal can be the wrong choice for a guitar cab or a podcast. This collection spans every microphone type we carry.

What's inside

• Condenser Microphones — sensitive and detailed, the studio standard for vocals and acoustic sources.
• Dynamic Microphones — rugged, no phantom power needed, built for loud sources and stage use.
• Ribbon Microphones — warm, natural character for guitars, brass and vocals.
• Microphone Accessories — stands, pop filters and shock mounts to go with any of the above.

Which type for your source

Vocals and acoustic instruments in a treated room lean condenser. Loud sources, live stages and anywhere durability matters lean dynamic. Guitar cabs, brass and vintage character lean ribbon. Most working studios end up owning at least one of each rather than picking a single type for everything.

Where to start

Starting a first serious mic collection? A condenser like RODE NT1 Signature for vocals paired with a dynamic like sE Electronics V7 for everything loud covers most home studio needs.

The brands we carry

We carry sE Electronics, RODE, Universal Audio, Antelope Audio and Warm Audio.

Hear it in our Warsaw showroom

The biggest difference between us and a mail-order shop: you can hear the gear before you buy it. Our showroom at Nowogrodzka 6A/102 in Warsaw is there so you can try it on your own material, not a shop demo. Book a visit or just swing by — we'll help without the sales pitch. FAQ

Condenser or dynamic for my first microphone?

Condenser for vocals and acoustic instruments in a reasonably quiet room. Dynamic if your room has noise you can't control, or you're recording loud sources like amps and drums.

Do all microphones need phantom power?

Condensers do — 48V, supplied by any modern interface or mixer. Dynamic and passive ribbon mics don't need it at all.

How many microphones does a home studio actually need?

One good condenser and one good dynamic covers most people's needs for years. Specialize further — a second condenser, a ribbon — only once you know exactly what's missing.
