Teezio, a renowned mixing engineer who has worked with artists such as Lil Nas X, Kid Laroi, and Chris Brown, shared his experiences with PMC monitors. In an honest interview, he discussed his work, what he looks for in monitors, and why choosing PMC was a breakthrough for him.
What qualities should the ideal studio monitor have?

His first impression? The amount of bass surprised him. “I thought I’d need a subwoofer, but Maurice assured me it wasn’t necessary. And he was right – these monitors can fill the room with bass in a way I never expected... Thanks to the new Ethernet and laptop configuration technology, I could fully adjust the sound to my room. It was revolutionary – previously, I had to fiddle with the controls at the back of the speakers, which was far less precise.”
“In my 13 years in the industry, I’ve heard many monitors, but none compare to PMC. Other monitors were always missing something – too little sparkle, too much midrange, or too much bass.
