Universal Audio Volt 4P Max is the flagship 12-in/6-out desktop USB audio interface for bands, producers and project studios. Four digitally controlled Tone Shaping preamps, 32-bit/192 kHz conversion and onboard Max Processing compression let you record several sources at once while shaping their sound before it reaches the DAW.

Each preamp offers Warmth, Focus and Shine modes, while six real-time compressor presets inspired by the UA 1176 and Teletronix LA-2A create 18 useful tone-and-dynamics combinations. ADAT/S/PDIF optical input expands the system, and Main/Alt monitor switching supports fast mix comparisons. A full-colour Smart Display, Auto-Gain, Clip Protection, built-in Talkback and two headphone outputs make multi-performer sessions easier to manage.
