SSQ JSXM3 Event

SSQ JSXM3 Event – Jack stereo 6.3 mm / Male XLR 3 m is a balanced signal cable from the Polish brand SSQ's Event series, made from 6N copper sourced from KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. It connects a TRS Jack 6.3 mm plug on one end to a 3-pin male XLR on the other, at a length of 3 metres, with colour-coded length marking for fast identification on patch bays or in multi-cable event installations.

Balanced Transmission Without Compromise

The balanced TRS–XLR configuration carries the signal over two phase-inverted conductors, rejecting noise and electromagnetic interference before it reaches a mixer or audio interface – particularly relevant on longer cable runs across a stage or in FOH installations. A cross-wound copper braid shield with minimum 90% coverage provides effective EMI suppression, while the 85 Ω ±5 Ω impedance ensures proper matching with standard balanced inputs on pro audio equipment. Silver-bearing lead-free solder on the connectors and strain relief at both ends extend the service life under repeated connect/disconnect cycles.

Event Series – Order in Multi-Cable Setups

Colour-coded length markings on the plugs of the Event series allow instant identification of 1 m, 2 m, 3 m, and longer cables without uncoiling the whole run – a practical time-saver during fast stage changes. Included velcro ties simplify transport and storage. The outer jacket uses a self-extinguishing PVC compound compliant with EN 60332-1, meeting fire safety requirements for both fixed and flexible installations.
